You are an analytical, data-driven leader who speaks the language of developers and has the cultural intelligence to navigate a global, multi-country transformation. You don't just "run ceremonies"—you drive the evolution of software delivery. You are also a Fluent English Speaker available to work on site in Turin.
⚡Then What
As part of one of the world’s most ambitious digital transformation programs for a global logistics leader, your mission is to transform Agile theory into functional, reliable, and high-value software.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teams in adopting TDD (Test Driven Development) , BDD, and robust Unit Testing strategies to ensure peak code quality.
- Drive the optimization of the software lifecycle through expert use of Microsoft Azure DevOps and the monitoring of DORA metrics .
- Partner with development teams to eliminate technical debt and champion Clean Code standards.
- Manage the shift from Waterfall models to Agile frameworks within a global program spanning Switzerland, Italy, USA, and India .
- Implement and adapt methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, or SAFe to meet the demands of large-scale, complex projects.
- Contribute to a "common operational language," ensuring agility supports the harmonization of global business processes.
- You will use Serious Games and Liberating Structures to train teams and foster high levels of self-organization.
- Act as a strategic mediator between Business Process Owners and development squads to align expectations and delivery.
Key Requirements:
- A concrete background in software development is essential to speak the same language as the engineers.
- Minimum of 2 years as an Agile Coach and 2 years as a Certified Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
- An empirical approach to problem-solving (Inspect & Adapt) and a strong orientation toward data-driven decision-making.
- Professional fluency in English and the ability to influence multicultural, geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
