Scientific Project Leader

Due to our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking people to join our team of Scientific Project Leaders.

• SCIENTIFIC PROJECT LEADER
• Knowledge & Experience Required
• In-depth knowledge & expertise in pharmaceutical R&D, specifically in the drug development process and associated scientific and regulatory elements.
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field where she / he was technically involved in development and manufacture of API (mainly small organic molecules) and / or Drug Product (mainly solid oral dosage forms). Practical knowledge and expertise in CMC generated within pharmaceutical industry preferably when working for large pharma company
• 4-5 years in more senior roles requiring management of integrated development projects, including development of API, development of solid oral dosage formulations, development, and validation of analytical methods for API and drug product, clinical / GMP manufacture and release etc.
• Knowledge of preclinical (ADME, bioanalysis, toxicology) is desirable but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and oral communication and facilitation skills. Capable to communicate very effectively in English.
• Business acumen. Working experience in CRO environment is welcome.
• Degree in Pharmacy preferred, PhD desirable
