Qualifications and Description

Sheepscot Valley RSU 12 is currently seeking a highly qualified and certified School Nurse. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administration of medication


• Routine first aid


• Filing and record keeping


• Parent communication


• Staff support


• Concussion management

Additional responsibilities include work at both the school level and district level. Candidates should enjoy working with PreK through Grade 8 children. Prior school nurse experience is preferred, but not required. Must have Maine Department of Education Certification 524 or be able to be certified.
