What We’re Looking For
Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across selected modules.
- Support pre‑sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with clients to collect and refine functional requirements.
- Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines.
- Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations.
- Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support.
- Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team.
- Open to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Solid analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or Design Thinking.
