What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across selected modules.
• Support pre‑sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to collect and refine functional requirements.
• Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines.
• Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations.
• Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support.
• Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team.
• Open to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites.

Additional Desirable Skills

• Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Solid analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or Design Thinking.
