About the Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery & Centre of Excellence Manager to lead the governance, service delivery, and continuous evolution of a global SAP landscape for a leading multinational organisation.

You'll sit at the centre of SAP strategy, operational governance, and Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring SAP projects transition successfully into long-term operational support while driving consistency, service excellence, and continuous improvement across a complex international SAP environment.

The SAP Service Delivery & Centre of Excellence Manager is responsible for governing SAP services, projects, and support operations across a complex multinational SAP landscape.

The role sits between Project Delivery, Application Management Services (AMS), and Service Governance , ensuring alignment between business, IT, and external partners while driving operational excellence across the SAP estate.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Centre of Excellence Leadership
• Lead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, driving governance, standardisation, and best practices across the global SAP landscape.
• Coordinate functional leads and cross-functional SAP teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across SAP services and processes.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external delivery partners.
• SAP Service Delivery & Application Management Services (AMS)
• Own SAP Service Delivery across a global SAP landscape.
