Role and responsibilities Avvale is looking for a SAP Retail Senior Consultant to join our SAP Practice, with a strong focus on Post Go-Live Support and Application Maintenance Services (AMS) , supporting key transformation programs for international clients. The position is based in one of our offices in Italy, with flexibility for smart working. The ideal candidate has solid experience in SAP Retail, the resource will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Execute corrective, adaptive, and evolutive maintenance activities. Manage and supervise Incident, Problem, and Change Requests in line with agreed SLAs. Support stabilization phases, hypercare activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a functional reference point for clients, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution. Required Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Retail Application Management Services. Proven experience in SAP post go-live support activities. Understanding of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Fluent English (both written and spoken).
