As a Sr. Project Manager at Vistex, you lead the end-to-end delivery of large, high-value SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You’ll shape delivery approaches, manage budgets and risks, and mentor junior PMs while contributing to continuous improvement of PM practices. Your work enables customers to unlock revenue insights and optimize growth through Vistex solutions. This role offers visibility across pre-sales, solution scoping, and executive-level collaboration in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects or multiple engagements across Vistex customers
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and integrated schedules (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Own full lifecycle accountability including scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Lead and develop cross-functional project teams to achieve delivery goals
• Manage large project budgets (1M+ EUR), including forecasting, cost tracking and change control
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies at operational and strategic levels
• Engage and manage executive sponsors and steering committees
• Assist in pre-sales scoping, estimating and expanding Vistex consulting services
• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with regional leadership
• Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments
• Mentor junior project managers and drive PM community improvements

Responsabilità

• Experience delivering complex SAP projects exceeding 1M EUR
• Proven track record leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Expertise in SAP Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong experience with executive stakeholder management and contract negotiations
• Pre-sales involvement including scoping, estimating and proposal development
• Excellent presentation, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and escalate as needed
• Experience leading multi-national, geographically distributed teams
• Professional certification in project or programme management
• Experience in large consulting or SI firms preferred
