Role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Senior Consultant for our Italian offices, based in Milan, Rome, Turin, Lucca, Padua and Pescara. If you thrive in a challenging, fast‑changing and innovative environment, you are the right candidate to join us in delivering global projects.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Take part in greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Perform PP processes analysis.
• Perform SAP Variant Configuration process analysis.
• Perform replenishment process analysis (MRP, MPS).
• Perform configuration steps on the SAP PP system (both discrete production, repetitive production and process production) to map all production activities.
• Interact with customers in a clear and emphatic way.
• Proactively and effectively interpret customer needs.
• Identify the best solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Identify potential application service issues and promptly share with the team.
• Share your experience and knowledge with younger colleagues and be a point of reference for them.
• Collaborate with the development and integration technical team and with other functional domain teams.
• Plan, prepare and execute relevant application tests.
• Monitor service KPIs and complete tasks in compliance with contractual SLAs.

Required Skills

• Experience in SAP PP system configuration.
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of SAP implementation projects with related integration dynamics with other external applications.
• Ability to analyze and develop specific functionalities, report forms and workflows.
• Experience in greenfield projects, rollouts and S/4HANA; system conversion is a plus.
• Proficient in Italian and in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
