SAP PM Consultant

For our Italian offices based in Milan, Turin, Padua.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to the full SAP project lifecycle : blueprint, realization, testing, go‑live, and hypercare
• Engage directly with customers, understanding and interpreting their needs with clarity and empathy
• Act as a point of reference for junior consultants, sharing your expertise and supporting their development
• Collaborate with development, integration and other functional domain teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Produce high‑quality functional documentation , including customizing specs, migration specs, training materials, functional analyses and cutover plans

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance projects
• Solid knowledge of SAP PM best practices on S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Plant Maintenance and Asset Management
• Proven track record across the full SAP project lifecycle
• Understanding of cross‑module integration with MM, CO, HR, QM and PP
• Proficiency in system customizing and configuration
• Familiarity with migration tools such as LSMW and Migration Cockpit
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager
• Knowledge of SAP Asset Performance Management
• Familiarity with SAP Customer Service (CS)
• Exposure to SAP Field Service Management
