Role and responsibilities

We are looking for experienced SAP PM Consultant for our Italian Offices based in Milan,Turin, Padua.

If your ideal job is challenging, fast changing and innovative, you are the right candidate to join us in delivering global projects.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage and contribute to the full SAP project lifecycle : blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Engage directly with customers, understanding and interpreting their needs with clarity and empathy
• Act as a point of reference for junior consultants, sharing your expertise and supporting their development
• Collaborate with development, integration, and other functional domain teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Produce high-quality functional documentation , including customizing specs, migration specs, training materials, functional analyses, and cutover plans

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance projects
• Solid knowledge of SAP PM best practices on S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Plant Maintenance and Asset Management
• Proven track record across the full SAP project lifecycle
• Understanding of cross-module integration with MM, CO, HR, QM, and PP
• Proficiency in system customizing and configuration
• Familiarity with migration tools such as LSMW and Migration Cockpit
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager
• Knowledge of SAP Asset Performance Management
• Familiarity with SAP Customer Service (CS)
• Exposure to SAP Field Service Management
