SAP MM/WM Consultant

We are working with a global luxury fashion and retail group undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout programme across multiple international entities.

They require an SAP LE / MM / WM Consultant to join them on a 6-month freelance contract, with strong likelihood of extension.

This role will focus on hands-on configuration and rollout support across Logistics Execution, Materials Management, and Warehouse Management, ensuring stable and scalable logistics processes throughout the S/4HANA deployment waves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on configuration across SAP LE, MM, and WM within an S/4HANA environment

• Support rollout waves across multiple entities, ensuring logistics processes are correctly deployed

• Contribute to integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

• Align business logistics and warehouse processes with S/4HANA best practices

• Collaborate closely with FI, SD, and warehouse teams to ensure end-to-end process consistency

• Support go-live activities and provide hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation

• Assist in resolving rollout-related incidents to maintain programme timelines

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer within the project team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of hands-on SAP experience within LE, MM, and WM

• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts

• Strong understanding of logistics execution, procurement, and warehouse processes

• Experience with integration points between MM, WM, SD, and FI

• Exposure to SAP ECC environments transitioning to S/4HANA is advantageous

• Practical, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rollout-driven environments

• Fluent in English; Italian highly beneficial

• Duration: 6 months initial (extensions likely)
