Role and responsibilities

• Handling tickets and providing user support.
• Implementing enhancements and functional improvements.
• Analyzing and solving complex issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure SAP system continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in SAP MM projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proven experience in ticket management, enhancements, and change requests.
• Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
