At Ellis Group, we're looking for SAP HCM Payroll technical consultants for contract roles supporting a UN payroll environment.


What you'll do

Develop, enhance and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions: custom developments, reports, interfaces and conversions (RICEF), payroll validation and reconciliation tools, integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, web services) and troubleshooting.


Mid-level

  • 4-6 years of SAP technical consulting, 3+ years in HCM Payroll
  • Solid ABAP and ABAP OO, advanced debugging
  • Experience in a UN agency, international organisation or NGO
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA

Senior (techno-functional)

  • 12+ years of SAP HCM, with specialisation in NPO Payroll
  • 10+ years of ABAP (OO ABAP, BAdIs, user exits, Enhancement Framework, SmartForms/Adobe Forms, ALV)
  • Hands-on Payroll configuration: Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, EVE
  • Strong knowledge of UN payroll processes and multi-country implementations
  • Payroll-to-Finance integration, PCC, testing and payroll controls
