SAP HCM German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management (Priorità Alta)

Role: SAP HCM Consultant – German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll, Benefits administration (including betriebliche Altersvorsorge) and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, customize and support SAP HCM Payroll processes for Germany.
• Configure and maintain Benefits Management solutions, with a focus on occupational pension schemes (betriebliche Altersvorsorge).
• Implement and optimize SAP HCM Time Management functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support payroll runs and ensure compliance with German legal requirements.
• Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP HCM German Payroll.
• Proven knowledge of Benefits Management, especially betriebliche Altersvorsorge.
• Solid experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
• Experience in SAP customization and support activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Language Skills

• German language skills are strongly preferred.
• English language skills are acceptable.
