SAP Functional Analyst P2I (Plan to Inventory Logistics) (m/f)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analyst to provide coverage within the Plan-to-Inventory Logistics (PTI) workstream. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of SAP operations, supporting business users, and maintaining stable inventory, and execution of logistics processes. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, and able to quickly adapt to existing SAP processes with minimal onboarding. We are embarking on an exciting journey to migrate from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA, so expertise in the new S/4HANA environment is essential. We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant with a solid background in designing, optimizing, and integrating processes in Order to Cash and plant to inventory processes on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement and support SAP Warehouse Management functionalities;
- Capability to troubleshoot problems in existing SAP WM and EWM basic environment and implementing solutions;
- Review SAP standard functionalities and adopt for business cases;
- Ability to generate development requests and specifications for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or new reports to meet business requirements;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (planning, manufacturing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations;
- Coordinate with the Development team and cross-functional teams to address solution requirements.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in supply chain management or IT;
- Solid experience as an SAP Analyst or Consultant in a Plan-to-Inventory Logistics or similar workstream in S/4HANA;
- At least 3–5 years experience in two of the mentioned work streams;
- Experience with SAP WM, EWM, S/4HANA and basic ABAP analyzing skills;
- Experience with inventory management and logistics processes;
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional Agile Working Environment;
- Excellent understanding of integration with P2I and basic knowledge with S2P (Source to pay) working streams;
- Fluent in English is mandatory, as you will work in global team, and additional languages are welcomed;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good time management and project management skills;
