Your Role And Responsibilities

As Team Leader you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP FI and Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You will have opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop an understanding of various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP FI Solution Focus: design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of SAP and latest technologies.

Required Education and Expertise

Bachelor's Degree

• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, including design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions according to client requirements.
• Proven track record with at least 3 full end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, covering all phases from project preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, to go-live.
• Experience in roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, guiding junior team members and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes and workflows (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, internal reporting).
• Ability to analyze and optimize client business processes, aligning with SAP best practices and objectives.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including migration, configuration, and implementation in client environments.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, embedded analytics) and ability to apply them to solve business challenges.
• Experience leveraging new S/4HANA functionalities to streamline processes and enable digital transformation.
• Good English.
