SAP Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead and execute data migration activities for SAP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage data migration scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and lead SAP data migration and cutover strategies
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand data requirements
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration
- Execute manual and automated data loads using LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, ALE
- Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure minimal business disruption
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in SAP data migration and full lifecycle implementations
- Good knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS – advantage)
- Hands-on experience with large datasets and complex data structures
- Proficiency in SAP migration and ETL tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Italian language skills are a plus
Nice to Have:
- S/4HANA or SAP FICO certification
- Utility industry experience
- Agile project exposure
