Job Opportunity – SENIOR SAP CO Consultant

Our client, a well-established consulting firm, is looking for an experienced SENIOR SAP CO Consultant to join their team and support multiple strategic projects across different industries.

The right candidate must be based in Milan or Naples.

This role requires a maximum of 2 days per week onsite in the office.

Occasionally, additional onsite presence may be required depending on end-customer project needs .

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize controlling processes within SAP CO.
• Work across key CO areas such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP CO modules and support integration with FI, MM, and PP.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities including analysis, design, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide expertise, best practices, and guidance to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support enhancements, reporting needs, and system improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant.
• S/4HANA Experience
• Ideally 7y+ experience
• Solid understanding of controlling processes and cross-module integration.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Product Costing, COPA/PA, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Cost Center Accounting.
• Ability to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in dynamic project environments.
• Based in Milan or Naples (mandatory).
• Italian and English language required
• Availability for up to 2 days/week onsite, with occasional additional onsite presence based on customer needs.
