SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant – Italian Speaker
Permanent / Full‑time / Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant who is fluent in Italian to support our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services projects. The candidate will focus on customer onboarding, technical support, and project delivery across our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
- Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
- Orchestrate overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
- Assist in de‑escalations of critical customer situations
- Collaborate with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support for critical incidents
- Participate in customer release and maintenance activities
- Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise
- Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate with SAP stakeholders, including virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success
- Review account status and analyze if an account needs to be transitioned to another team based on growth or complexity
- Facilitate systematic and rapid onboarding of associates, ensuring mandatory training documentation
- Enable continuous delta knowledge transfer on new topics and refresher sessions
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum five years of technical expertise in SAP BASIS
- Hands‑on experience with HANA database
- Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
- Experience integrating SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc.) with SAP Landscape a plus
- Hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) required
- Italian – C2 or native speaker
- English – B2 or higher
- Five to six years of experience with multinational software/IT organizations
- Five years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge
- Two or more years of cloud knowledge (e.g., Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery Program management)
