What we are looking for :

  • Veterinary degree with ideally clinical experience.
  • A C1/C2 level in French. English is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in medical devices is a plus.

What we are looking

  • Veterinary degree with ideally clinical experience.

Your responsibilities :

- Clinical and health management of A1 and A2 animal facilities.

- Working with large and small animals (pigs/mini pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, and rodents).

- Ensuring the clinical monitoring of animals (observations) in collaboration with veterinary technicians.

- Assisting in the development of study protocols and the implementation of innovative medical devices in functional sites, particularly in relation to anaesthesia and analgesia.

- Collaborate with operating room teams to define post-operative monitoring of animals that have undergone surgery.

- Treat pathologies observed in animals (treatments, sanitary measures, etc.).

- Ensure post-operative monitoring of animals.

- Perform necropsies (adverse events and end of study).

- Actively participate in the ethics committee and/or within the animal welfare structure.

- Participate in maintaining authorizations or accreditation (DDPP, AAALAC).

- Review procedures related to animal care.

- Participate in pharmacy management.

- Participate in the training of technical and scientific teams.

Our office is located in Chasse-sur-Rhône in Lyon area i n France (easily accessible by train from Perrache or Jean Macé – 5-minute walk from the station.
