What you will do
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our retail sales organization and further develop key customer relationships within the Consumer segment. The role plays a central part in driving sustainable growth, combining strong commercial focus
with strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and managing key customer relationships within assigned Retail accounts. The role focuses on developing and executing account strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives, while delivering sales, growth, and profitability targets.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, Merchandising, Shopper Marketing, and Sales & Customer Operations teams, the Senior Account Manager manages the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure— ensuring a strong and high-quality sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing mid-term account plans aligned with regional business and marketing strategies, analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve PNS and
profitability targets. The role also involves managing commercial negotiations, expanding the product portfolio within customer channels, supporting new product launches, and ensuring excellence in pricing, contract management, and service quality.
Close collaboration with Demand Planning and internal support functions is essential to ensure accurate forecasting, high data quality in CRM systems, and overall customer satisfaction.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- More than 3 years of experience in Sales or similar roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of the relevant retail market segment
- Proven customer orientation with a passion for building long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and strong networking capabilities
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a self-driven manner
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools, especially CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel frequently for business
