Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to lead functional assessments and demand management activities across our Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on supporting Berlin Packaging’s sales and service operations. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with CRM capabilities, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Assessment & Demand Management
- Lead functional analysis of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Manage and prioritize Salesforce demand requests from business units.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for delivery.
CRM Ownership & Operations
- Own the operational maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CRM modules.
- Support data modeling and configuration of Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Cases).
- Monitor CRM performance, adoption, and user feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure platform scalability and performance.
Digital & AI-First Mindset
- Champion the adoption of Salesforce AI-tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Data Cloud).
- Contribute to the AI learning path for CRM innovation, including lead scoring, churn prediction, and service automation, next best actions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on functional analysis and CRM operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of sales and service business processes, preferably in B2B packaging or manufacturing.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian, French or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and digital platforms.
