Main Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy of the Salesforce practice, overseeing its development and contributing to the company’s expansion in the Italian market.
- Strategic & Business Development: design and deliver initiatives to strengthen the company’s positioning in the Salesforce ecosystem, secure new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts.
- Practice Development: build and grow the Salesforce unit, ensuring recruitment, certifications, and continuous professional development of the team.
- Leadership & People Management: guide and inspire a team of around 15 professionals (mainly based in Rome), driving performance and efficiency.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: work closely with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to maximize cross‑selling opportunities and optimize go‑to‑market strategies.
- Quality & Standards: define and implement best practices in project delivery and AMS (Application Management Services).
Candidate Profile
- Solid consulting experience, ideally gained in business integration contexts.
- Proven track record in managing Salesforce‑driven growth initiatives, with strong commercial orientation.
- Significant exposure to manufacturing and retail clients.
- Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to guide high‑performing teams.
- Master’s degree, fluent English, and executive‑level presence.
- Availability for frequent national travel.
