Salesforce Developer – Apex, LWC, Integration & API Expertise
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a development team and work on projects for national and international clients.
Contribute to the organization by delivering Salesforce solutions that align with client needs, supporting digital transformation and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in defining Salesforce-based solutions that fit their needs, supporting their digital transformation and/or innovation.
- Analyze user requirements to verify technical feasibility and propose the best technical solutions to meet client requests.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using best practices for leveraging the standard product and, based on prior experience, coordinate the development team with responsibility for specific project streams.
- Support the Functional/Process Analysts in Gap Analysis.
- Implement and deploy new features and develop integrations with other systems, participating in projects using Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall methodologies.
- Support Project Managers in estimating and planning project activities.
- Advance your Salesforce skills through a targeted certification plan.
- Cultivate the growth of less-experienced team members.
The Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce-based CRM development, including configuration, and development of Apex classes, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with other applications in Real-Time, Batch, and Sync/Async modes.
- Experience in writing technical documentation.
- Support for Configuration Management and deployment management.
- Experience in application maintenance and bug-fixing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce functionality.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
Nice To Have
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant) such as Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, or other Salesforce apps.
- Knowledge of other object-oriented programming languages (Java/J2EE) and/or frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and common frontend frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS).
- Experience in Agile projects (preferably Scrum) with team coordination.
- Experience with Gap Analysis and technical feasibility assessment and effort estimation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and resource management abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
