Overview

Maison Moderne is the leading independent media company in Luxembourg, founded in 1994. Its activities are organized around the Publishing House (Paperjam) and the Paperjam Club. We are looking for a talented Salesforce & Data Engineer (m/w/x) to be a key player in Maison Moderne’s data strategy, contributing to the structuring, integration and valorization of data across the company, with Salesforce as the central platform.

Your role and activities

  • Design, implementation and optimization of Salesforce processes, data structures and automations
  • Development and maintenance of custom Salesforce components (permissions, data quality, onboarding, benefits quota, newsletters, online forms, communities)
  • Implementation of data flows and integrations with external platforms, to improve efficiency and data consistency
  • Collaboration with business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
  • Supporting stakeholders with reporting, dashboards and analytics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the methodologies and processes in place

About You

  • Five years of experience in Salesforce administration and custom development
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, permissions, components and automation
  • Programming skills in JavaScript (web components) and Python (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with external platforms/APIs integration, such as ERP, Email Marketing tools, or any relevant APIs
  • Experience with cloud services (such as Amazon AWS: Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, etc.) and analytics and conversion tracking
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL). Familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB is a plus
  • Ability to manage projects independently while working with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a strong asset
