We are seeking Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expert – IT Retail Development
(6–8 Years Experience)
Role Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer
Experience: 4–6 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Expert with 4–6 years of hands‑on development experience to design, develop, and support retail e‑commerce platforms. The role focuses on building scalable, high‑performance storefronts and integrations using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) in a fast‑paced Retail IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Development
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) applications.
Implement and customize storefronts using:
SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture)
ISML
JavaScript (server‑side & client‑side)
HTML / CSS
Develop features for catalog, search, cart, checkout, promotions, and customer accounts.
Retail E‑commerce Enablement
Support retail business capabilities including:
Product catalog and category management
Pricing, promotions, discounts, and coupons
Checkout, payments, and order placement
Order management and fulfillment flows
Ensure seamless and optimized customer experience across web and mobile.
Integrations & APIs
Develop and support integrations with:
ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM systems
Payment gateways and third‑party services
Work with REST APIs, OCAPI / SCAPI, and web services.
Testing, Deployment & Support
Perform unit testing and support UAT cycles.
Participate in deployments, hotfixes, and release activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Follow CI/CD pipelines, Git branching, and release best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C)
Strong expertise in:
SFRA
ISML
JavaScript
HTML / CSS
Experience with Business Manager configuration
Good understanding of e‑commerce architecture and performance optimization
Retail IT Knowledge
Experience working in Retail IT / e‑commerce environments
Strong understanding of retail concepts such as:
Product catalogs
Pricing and promotions
Orders, fulfillment, and returns
Good to Have
Experience with OCAPI / SCAPI
Exposure to headless commerce or integrations
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and performance tuning
Experience with CI/CD tools and Git
Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and in agile teams
Good communication and documentation skills
Experience supporting business‑critical retail applications
