You will be part of a collaborative delivery team supporting critical Salesforce initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews Analyse and document business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutions Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria Support end-to-end delivery across Salesforce programmes, from discovery through to UAT and go-live Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment between business and technical solutions Support user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise or multi-country environments Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum / SAFe)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working fully remote (based in Italy) Fluent in Italian; English is a plus What’s on Offer Fully remote contract role (Italy-based) Competitive daily rate High-visibility role within a strategic Salesforce programme Opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives Immediate start available
