We are looking for a Salesforce AgentForce Specialist with strong expertise in agent-based AI within the Salesforce ecosystem .
Role Overview
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce and understands how to design, configure, and optimize AI-powered agents to support business processes and customer interactions within Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent-based AI solutions using Salesforce AgentForce
- Configure and optimize AI agents within Salesforce platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Support the integration of AgentForce capabilities with existing Salesforce implementations
- Provide guidance on best practices and architecture for Salesforce AI agents
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce AgentForce and agent-based AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience implementing AI-driven automation or conversational agents within Salesforce
- Salesforce AgentForce certification (or equivalent certification related to this specialization) is considered a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment
