YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Improve and enhance sales processes across different areas.
  • Support the development of key reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize platform usage.
  • Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.
  • Promote best practices and design security procedures guidelines.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role, ideally with Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT-Application Management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Solid background in CRM process design and implementation.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools (preference for Lobster).
  • Solution-oriented approach and precision.
  • Excellent command of English and Italian or German.
