Main Responsibilities:

• Automate day-to-day CRM activities;
• Ensure that the quality of data in CRM is in line with business needs;
• Create reports from the information in CRM;
• Support in training on how to use CRM;
• Actively participate in the implementation of B2B commerce 2.0;
• Create content for B2B;
• Analyse the performance of B2B and forSales promotions;
• Monthly Stock Availability;
• Update-Managing the compilation and sending of customer/group turnover reports and customer reference files;
• Back office activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent;
• Strong computing skills especially Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Knowledge of SalesForce (CRM);
• Fluent in English, second language (french, spanish or german);
• Problem solving oriented;
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude;
• Good relationship skills & team-working oriented.
