As our Sales and Training representative it is your mission to grow sales of Dorel Juvenile brands (Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort and Tiny Love) as well as train our retailers on product and brand knowledge in Central Italy area.
Your mission
Your mission is to grow sales and penetration of Dorel Juvenile brands in the region by optimizing the business relationship with existing national (key) accounts and realizing the sales targets. Besides that you are responsible for the execution of our visual merchandise strategy for retailers and training them on our products and brands. You will manage a portfolio of retailers in Central Italy area. Whilst this position is home based, occasional travel will be required to our office in Telgate (BG). You will be part of a winning team and reporting to the Sales Manager of Italy.
Key responsibilities
· Realization of execution of account plans, in such a way that turnover targets are overachieved.
· Maintain or improve numeric and qualitative distribution and potentially expand distribution of our products in a way that ensures sales targets are achieved.
· Checking if our visual merchandising strategy is executed correctly in the retailer shops.
· Training and coaching the retail staff of our customers on our products and brands.
· Analyzing and reporting the sales results in such a way that it is possible to correct or change the (sales) targets on time for realization.
· Working closely together with the Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After-Sales departments to ensure optimal customer relationships.
· Ensure a good and professional relationship with customers, in such a way that customers are and will remain extremely satisfied with Dorel.
Your profile
· You have a couple of years’ working experience in a similar sales role or in a retail environment.
· Experience with Salesforce or another ERP system is a big plus.
· Strong organizational skills and experience, excellent negotiation skills and is a confident presenter.
· Enjoy and analyze data, to provide customers with great service.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and confident in English.
