Responsibilities
- Provide operational sales support across Italy
- Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes
- Support invoicing processes and follow up on open paymentsPrepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination
- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests
- Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow‑ups
- Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Italy
- Experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across markets
- High attention to detail, especially for documentation, orders, and invoicing
- Excellent communication skills, including customer and stakeholder interaction
- Familiarity with public procurement processes is an advantage but not mandatory
- Background in the medical field and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) are a plus
- Collaborative and proactive working style with a customer‑oriented mindset
