SoleChem Srl supplies thousands of chemicals—including Food & Feed additives, Pharma & Cosmetic ingredients, industrial chemicals, fine chemicals, specialities and activated carbon.
We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist chemical procurement, order and shipment operations: preparing offers and PI's, entering and tracking orders, coordinating samples, collecting TDS/SDS/CoA, booking logistics under incoterms, and keeping customers informed.
Requirements (must-have):
- Fluency in Italian & English
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data accuracy
- Experience in B2B procurement, logistics or customer operations
Preferred (nice to have):
- 3 years in chemical distribution
- Familiarity with TDS / MSDS, and basic incoterms; documents like CMR - B/L - AWB
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Location: Milan area (Tavazzano, on-site)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
