We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) team at Huawei, a global technology leader.
The EBG division in Italy provides comprehensive, end-to-end ICT solutions—from network and data center infrastructure to cloud, storage, and cybersecurity—to support the digital transformation of businesses, public administration, and vertical sectors like energy, transportation, and finance.
Your Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing key administrative and data-related tasks. Your daily duties will include:
- Data Management: Verify and manage sales data entered into the system, including visits, goals (timing, budget, products), and customer information.
- Customer & Order Management: Input and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Check order compliance and ensure all required information is correctly provided.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor product stock levels in warehouses to ensure availability.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar back-office or sales support role.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Work Style: You're a methodical and reliable professional who can handle a high volume of repetitive tasks with precision.
Offer Details
- Job Location: Milan, Italy
- Contract: 1-year contract with a possibility of renewal
- Gross Annual Salary: Around €27,000
