Sales Support Manager

As Sales Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver sales results in line with budget and commercial targets
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored business solutions
- Drive commercial initiatives across both new and existing product lines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring timely follow-up
- Monitor order progress and ensure successful delivery
- Support the acquisition of new Food Service clients
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market activity
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams
- Coordinate order execution, product launches, and commercial initiatives
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products/services
- Manage and resolve any issues related to orders and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in the food industry,ideally in fast-moving or sensitive product categories
- Minimum of 5–7 years in a similar commercial role
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market and distribution channels (Food Service / HoReCa / Retail)
- Proven track record in B2B sales and commercial development
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
