Sales Director – Italy Following a successful period of technical development and regulatory approvals, Nuclivision is now broadening the commercial rollout of Nuclarity across Europe. To that end, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands‑on hunter to join as Sales Director, to lead and grow our commercial activities in Italy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the full sales cycle in the region — from prospecting to close — and play a central role in shaping our go‑to‑market approach in the region. Work closely with the CCO to iterate and execute on the commercial go‑to‑market strategy and sales plan for Italy. Identify and close new business opportunities through direct sales and partnerships with nuclear medicine centers and relevant stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing — while maintaining accurate CRM records throughout. Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to Nuclivision's leadership team. Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, with an emphasis on medical imaging, nuclear medicine, or clinical software (preferably SaaS) solutions. A good understanding of MedTech applications, in particular AI and medical imaging software. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive commercial growth in a startup environment. Fluent in Italian and English. Experience specifically in nuclear medicine, radiology, or radiopharmaceuticals. Established network within the nuclear medicine or broader medical imaging industry in Italy.
