Our client headquartered in China, this company is a recognized provider of innovative renewable energy system solutions. With over a decade of expertise, it specializes in the design and manufacturing of solar trackers, ground-fixed mounting systems, and distributed photovoltaic (PV) solutions.


Your Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on overseas markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Translate market insights into effective sales strategies and tactics.

2. Sales Operations

  • Drive sales of PV products in international markets, meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing favorable terms for both company and clients.

3. Business Development

  • Represent Powerway at international exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and generate leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key accounts and industries.

4. Technical Support

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, supporting system design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.


Our Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration , or related fields.
  • 1+ year of photovoltaic-related work experience .
  • Proven track record in technical sales or sales engineering , preferably within the PV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, components, and applications .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software tools .
