We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist – Forklifts and Port Machinery to promote and sell XCMG forklift products within the assigned area. The role involves developing strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in line with company targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial teams, and close deals
  • Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments
  • Collaborate closely with the Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or material handling sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, willingness to travel
