About the role:

We are seeking an Internal Sales professional in our IoT, Data & AI business unit .

The successful candidate will be responsible for processes and vendor pricing , managing all quotes and closing orders .

Responsibilities:

• Engage in active inside selling using various sources to gather customer information
• Manage customer backorders and reports, leveraging specialist knowledge, and engage in "intelligent project fishing"
• Manage projects end-to-end or coordinate with pre-sales for technical requirements
• Provide, sell, and negotiate product information , pricing , special offers , and promotions
• Drive sales of specific products/vendors requiring specialized knowledge
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, ensuring active closure of opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Data & AI product sets and IT industry
• Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
• Ability to achieve set targets
• Understanding of sales processes
• Fluent in Italian and English is a MUST
