We are looking for a Sales Services Specialist to join our Sales Service Department, as maternity leave cover .
The candidate will be in charge of managing sales orders, relationships with current national and international customers, logistic and payments aspects.
Role
- Maintain customer relationship by self-managing communications whether verbal, in meetings or by exchanging e-mails.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders and take care of their entry by constantly updating the company ERP system (Oracle JDE)
- Update the company CRM by supporting sales
- Coordinate with the Operations Team by checking the status of future productions
- Manage the recovery of outstanding receivables
Requirements
- Degree or previous experience in sales area in structured and multinational companies
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle JDE is a plus)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Problem solving and Teamwork
