Sales Service Engineer – Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH)
Location: Monza
The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business within the Food, Beverage & Pharma Industries specifically on the Heat exchangers products into Hygienic Fluid Handling business unit.

Responsibilities
- Promoting, developing, and securing penetration of technologic sales and related applications
- Identifying Service technical solutions for F&W - HFH processes for different customers segments
- Promoting, selling, and securing delivery of the service portfolio: spare parts, revamping and replacement of old installed based
- Supporting, coaching, and developing the business through partners organization in the field (Distributors and Authorized Service Partners)
- Installed based focus and audits
- End-User pulling with focus on Alfa Laval brand and solution specification, Sustainability, Processes Optimization (Water & Energy saving)
- Be Available to travel per 50% of their time in Italy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering
- Background of sales in “Mechanical Service”
- A driving license
- 3-5 years previous work experience in Food, Beverage and Pharma industries
- Good English language competency, verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
