Sales Representative (Small Accounts) page is loaded## Sales Representative (Small Accounts)locations: Pero, Italytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 4 Days Agojob requisition id: R1884# IntroductionBeing the face of Shimano, ensuring an excellent business relationship, advising our customers (key retail accounts) on market trends, and offering them the opportunity to purchase not only Shimano Bike components, but also soft goods like shoes, jerseys, LAZER helmets etc. Together with your colleagues you will take care of the sales opportunities in Italy, within your region of Milano Area, Varese, Novara and Vercelli. You will become responsible for some of our biggest key accounts! For this position we are looking for a proactive self-starter who is driven by results and is always keeping the customer satisfaction in mind. Working in your region as if it is your own small business, you have the freedom and discipline to chase your targets and realize sales. You have good analytical skills as you will be analyzing market data and you are able to plan your time efficiently. Next to that you are flexible and adaptable because this job includes regular travel. Above all you should be passionate about Shimano products which allows you to solve customer issues and retain your commercial position.# The Challenge* Track performance against targets and take remedial action where necessary to achieve goals.* Create and provide to the organization market insights; based on visit reports, data analysis and competitor research.* Visit customers and build valued relationships with Shimano.* Give product presentations, product information and offer proposals to current and potential customers.* Actively support and participate in Marketing initiatives.* Have proactive approach to the market, always looking for new opportunities to grow market share or increase sales.* Create account and regional sales plans, including setting targets and KPIs.* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.* Experience with B2B sales.* Excellent communication skills, you can adapt different audiences and actively listen to their needs.* Good language skills in English, Italian.* Affinity with the bicycle industry and/or its products.Shimano and its subsidiaries offer a pleasant, informal working environment with colleagues who work well together, and are proud to work for Shimano.
