JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand coverage.
- Engage in technical discussions, recommend solutions and products.
- Develop client relationships and establish distribution channel.
- Support bid processes and coordinate across global teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical, or environmental engineering, related engineering field, or Science.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken in English and German/Italian/French (depending on location). English is essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with teams in the parent company in India.
EXPERIENCE : 8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP/WWTP) industry. Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales will be added advantage.
