Role Description

We are hiring a proactive and ambitious Sales Representative to support our business development efforts across Italy and selected international markets.

You will focus on selling AI-enabled creative and localization services to brands and enterprise clients, working closely with leadership, delivery teams, and creative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects for Native AI Services
  • Leverage your existing client network to generate commercial opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Sell services related to:
    • AI-assisted content production
    • Translation and localization
    • Video adaptation and multilingual content
    • AI-generated visual assets
    • Editorial and branded content operations
  • Collaborate with internal creative, localization, and AI teams on proposals and delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM management
  • Support upselling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Contribute to the positioning of Contents as a leader in AI-native content operations

Join Us If You Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Previous experience in:
    • Creative agencies
    • Localization/translation companies
    • Media or production environments
    • Marketing service businesses
  • Strong understanding of content production and localization workflows
  • Existing portfolio/network of active clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial autonomy
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
  • Fluent Italian and professional English
  • Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation and business development
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to close service-based commercial deals
  • Familiarity with creative, localization, or content production industries
  • Customer-first mindset and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid and fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience in AI, content management, localization, or creative services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
