Sales Representative - Automotive & Specialty Coatings


THE ROLE

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, in a designated area, to execute sales plan;
  • Promotes a positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers;
  • Plans own visit schedule with the assigned Technical Representative;
  • Screen customer base for new opportunities;
  • Identify and develop new customers;
  • Regularly monitor sales against agreed targets and, if necessary, implement the corrective actions;
  • Analyzes the customer feedback /information on present as well as future marked trends;
  • Cooperates with the other departments in the implementation of approved SMU service solutions.

REQUIREMENTS


  • University-educated or “Diploma” level
  • 4 years of experience in the automotive sector B2B field
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems
  • Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Good team worker
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Basic knowledge relating to health and safety matters under the current Italian legislation
