Location: Croatia / Bosnia / Serbia (covering Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro)
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager, IVD, SEEU

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager of IVD line in SEEU, you will be a "hunter" in style with a strong background in our industry, looking to join a business that offers quality innovative solutions at pace to the customer. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver the annual sales target in the territory
- Set up and consolidate a sales network with sufficient coverage over the territory
- Collect orders from distributors in the territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and/or their monthly forecast
- Assist and drive distributors to enhance customer or product coverage and breakthrough the key accounts
- Identify and explore key customers in the territory and engage in all parts of the sales cycle
- Establish professional relationships with end‑users and further develop KOLs
- Keep an in‑depth knowledge of the marketplace and competition within it
- Assist the service and support staff with payment collection and customer queries
What are we looking for in you?
- Fluent in the local language with a good level of business English
- Comprehensive experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics industry, focusing on hematology, biochemistry and/or immunology
- Good communication skills and high efficiency
- Strong capacity to explore new customers and maintain existing ones
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal sales management systems, preferably experienced in SAP operation
- Be able to travel frequently
- Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
