Sales Representative – Inbound Leads (Property Management Sector)

Location: Remote – Based in Italy

Employment Type: Full-time | Commission-based


My client is a growing company operating in the property management and real estate services sector.

They support property owners across Italy in managing, promoting, and maximizing the value of their properties through complete and personalized solutions.

Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking three (3) motivated Sales Representatives to join their commercial team and help manage the increasing number of inbound inquiries.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative , you will manage inbound leads - property owners who have already expressed interest in professional property management services.


Your mission is to build trust, present the company’s offer clearly and persuasively, and guide each potential client toward signing a management agreement.


This is a commission-based, full-time position , best suited for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and eager to build a rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
  • Present property management services with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored information about available solutions.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate, well-organized communication records.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Coach to continuously improve conversion performance.
  • Meet or exceed agreed weekly and monthly targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Young, enthusiastic , and eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Fluent Italian speaker , with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
  • Confident communicator able to speak naturally and persuasively with property owners.
  • Resilient under pressure , maintaining a calm and professional tone.
  • No prior call center experience required – strong attitude and motivation are key.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (English, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets, messaging apps).
