Customer Relations:
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to further expand partnerships Revenue Growth and B2B/Franchise Expansion:
Significantly increasing revenue and market share, as well as actively promoting and expanding the franchise system in Italy Acquisition:
Attracting new customers in the B2B and contract business, implementing shop-in-shop spaces, and acquiring new franchise partners That's why you fit into our team:
Profile: You live in Italy, enjoy traveling, and work on a self-employed basis Qualifications: You have completed vocational training in business and have experience in the home furnishings sector Languages: You are fluent in English, Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Personality: You have a positive demeanor and a charismatic, engaging personality Strengths: You are reliable, ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated Negotiation Skills: You impress with your smart, confident communication and negotiation skills, as well as your entrepreneurial mindset Team Player: You value teamwork and prioritize shared success Self-Organization: You take the initiative and plan and organize your tasks and goals efficiently and in a structured manner Passion: Enthusiasm for design and interior decoration, as well as a keen sense of exceptional taste and style We offer you:
