Your Mission
As a Sales Representative , you will support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, with a focus on excavators and wheel loaders , within the Italian territory, contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and developing sales activities through the dealer network
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to drive commercial performance and market presence
- Supporting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in collaboration with the technical team
- Maintaining regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and generate new business opportunities
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, dealer performance, and customer feedback, providing structured input to the sales team
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery
- Background in excavators, wheel loaders, or similar machinery is a strong advantage
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in the industry
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with good market awareness and customer focus
- Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
