Regional Sales Representative – Southern Italy
DJI Agriculture
To support the expansion of DJI Agriculture in the Italian market, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative , based in Southern Italy , to join our growing team.
This role will focus on developing the Southern Italy region , working closely with agricultural dealers, contractors, and professional operators.
The selected candidate will initially spend a training and onboarding period in Milan , and will then be based in Southern Italy .
What you will do- Promote and sell DJI agricultural drones
- Develop and manage the dealer and partner network in Southern Italy
- Organize and support flight demonstrations and field trials in the region
- Manage customers and the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Monitor market trends, crops, and agricultural subsidy opportunities
- Background or experience in the agricultural sector
- Strong interest in agricultural drones, precision agriculture, or agri-tech
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and self-management skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales or channel development is preferred
- Availability for frequent travel within Southern Italy
- Willingness to spend the first 1–2 months in Milan for onboarding and training
- Be part of the growth of DJI Agriculture in Italy
